🔸️ To be the "Best Slave" is the perfect living for God! 🔸️
A slave will never go away here and there to do what he thought it would! Instead, he would stand before his master and ask, "Master, what do you want me to do?" He will 'Just do' what the master said!!
"The most important thing about a household Manager is that he just do whatever his master says!" (1 Cor. 4:2 - Living Bible).
A devotee has summed up exactly what kind of man God is looking for:
"I'm looking for someone who's been waiting and keep awakening for me;
He who sees the calling of My hand action
He who sees the movement of My eyelids
He who does the job as I wish
He who doesn't never do the job that I did not give
If I find such a servant
My heart will be rejoiced!
Thus studying his Master's mind
To do all His will
Who is there a man in this world?
The Lord once said, "I looked for someone." But the verse ended sadly with "I found no one"! (Ezekiel 22:30). Yes, even today, God is looking for these "slaves of love". But He can be able to see very few people!!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father! It is not the work or ministry of our choice! Your grace be with us to become your slaves and to fulfill Your commands! In the name of Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
