🔸️ The Perfect Life to be found by those who are seriously seeking! 🔸️
Let's all know about the truth of 'Perfect Life' that the Lord Jesus offers, can never be inherited by human determination! Then, how it's possible? Lord Jesus Himself answering us in the next Verses: "Keep on asking and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking and you will find. Keep on knocking and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened" (Matthew 7:7,8).
Do you see! We could ask for the Perfect Life of Heaven only with God. In these Verses, the Lord Jesus reveals His eagerness... the one who listens must listen constantly... the one who seeks must search constantly... the one who knocks must knock continuously! If this activity takes place within us, there is no doubt that the Perfect Life of Heaven will come to us!!
Lord Jesus Christ illustrated this assurance through the parable in Verses 9, 10, and 11. "Even the wicked father of this World would not give a snake to his son who asked for a fish! He would not give a stone to his son who asks for bread! So, if we, the sinful people know how to give good gifts to our children, how much more will our Heavenly Father give good gifts (Perfect Life) to those who ask him?"
What Jesus referred to as good for the Perfect Life of Heaven: Inheriting the nine Heavenly Laws mentioned in the Sermon on the Mountain (Matthew 5,6,7) and getting freedom from the nine false evil intentions. Lord Jesus Christ also mentioned in Luke Gospel 11:13 instead of the word 'good' as, "Is it not more certain to give the Holy Spirit?"
The good things we receive by the power of the Holy Spirit are the Divine natures of Heaven. It is God’s will that we should all attain these Divine natures or Perfect Life. Until we get this Perfect Life to the fullest, we will all be constantly listening... constantly searching... constantly knocking... and finally let's reach the Perfect Life!
Prayer:
Our Heavenly Father! Give us the grace to earnestly desire your Perfect Life of Heaven and to receive it with the help of your Holy Spirit! In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
