🔸️ Nothing in the Commandments should be dismissed as 'small'! 🔸️

The Lord Jesus Christ mentioned about the two types of people keeping with His commandments in their lives: 1) whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches people to do so, will be called least in the kingdom of heaven. 2) But whoever practices and teaches these commandments, will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 5:19).

Also note, in verse 18 Jesus emphasized that the statutes of God are more superior than the Heaven and the Earth. Jesus emphasized that every law should be followed, because God's standards are supreme in heaven as well. Jesus, who gave great importance to the Law of God, warned that in all these commands, whoever "breaks one of the least of these commandments" and teaches people to do so, will be called least in the kingdom of heaven. Perhaps such a person does not lose his salvation; but he is very small in the kingdom of heaven!

Generally, many Christians are keeping the great commandments 'Do not commit adultery' and 'Do not murder'. But they despise small commandments keeping in mind that they are not important because they are 'small'.

It does not matter whether the Commandments are small or bigger. It is very important that "Did God command these things?" Our attitude and obedience to God are tested with the little Commandments.

Consider some small commandments. For example, small commandments such as "water baptism and the covering of women's heads when praying ..." are more powerful than the larger commandments that we abstain from adultery and murder….

But today, those who wish to have an 'open door' to their ministry, they keep silent and not teaching the small commandments to others, even if they are adhering to the smallest commandments for themselves! It shouldn't be like that!!

 Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father! Help us not to neglect in keeping even the smallest Commandments and help us not to deviate from telling others. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
