🔸️ Our life must be a pleasant odor for Christ! 🔸️

Listen to the Verse 2 Corinthians 2:14 says "Thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place". You see, Paul is referring here "a scent" emanating from us that makes others to feel Christ in us. It does not refer to what we are talking about or what we are doing. It is only a "perfume"! This 'perfume' is similar to "a perfume" that we use.

The perfume user, no need to mention it! ... the scent will automatically emerge!! Of course, there is "something" reflect in the way he is used to, the way he speaks to you and the urge to draw close to him. Thus there are many "untold" qualities ... of which we can only feel 'a fragrance'!!

2 Corinthians 2:15 goes on to say "For we are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing". The liberating message that this verse tells us is that "we should not try to make people to feel the smell in ourselves". But many people who hear such a message immediately say, "Well, today I am going to be a perfume to other people." But all such efforts are artificial.  

In fact, what the verse advise us is that we must first be the pleasing aroma of Christ "to the Lord God". Yes, it is God who must first feel the aroma in us. If we are the fragrance to God, then it's sure that other people will also feel that fragrance!

 Prayer:

Heavenly Father! We come to you, hating our "life's aroma" that filled with evil! Please accept us and let us feel the aroma of Christ in us! In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
