🔸️ Need to have a life that doesn't judge others! 🔸️
Once, the Pharisees brought a woman who had been caught in adultery to the Lord Jesus and accused her. But, as soon as Jesus spoke to them, everyone went back with shy away from His presence! Why did these people had to leave the Lord's place in shame? Because Jesus looked at them and said, "The first person to stone upon her must be without sin in him." In the light that spread in the presence of Jesus there, they immediately realized that they themselves were to be blamed for the reason they were accusing the woman.
In Romans 2:1 we read, "you have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things." "At Judgment Day we will find ourselves guilty in our own lives in every matter that we have pointed the finger at others."
Thus those who have offended others will be ashamed in the day of the Lord!! Many believers are sharp-eyed, judging the small actions and words of others. As always, no matter how good a person does, there will always be flaws in it! Because we all have a flesh that is of no good in it. Even so, those who have the spirit of accusing others will never see their flaws!
It is in that perfect light at the coming of the Lord, we will understand our selfishness and pride "completely" (Cor. 13:12). But, if we see them "completely" in God's light right now... we will never blame anyone again!! Thus "the more we see" our abominations, "the less we see" the faults of others!"
Prayer:
Our loving Father! Help us to see our faults more and more in your light, not seeing the faults of others and to refine ourselves! In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
