🔸️ Let's be with the residual crowd! 🔸️
In Revelation chapter 14, verses 1-5, we read of a small group of disciples who followed the Lord wholeheartedly in their worldly lives. On the last day, they will stand with Jesus in victory!
No one could count the great multitude, who got forgiveness of sins(Rev. 7: 9,10). But the multitude of these disciples is much much lesser! This can be counted.
These are the remnant of the faithful and upright on the Earth for God. These are the ones who have been tested and authorized to receive the good testimonial of God! God gives good testimony about these people "who do not defile themselves .... they follow the Lamb wherever He goes.... no lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless (Rev.14:4,5).
They are the first parts to God! They are the bride of Christ! On the day of the Lamb's marriage (Rev. 19:7), it will make clear to everyone that they were completely upright and faithful to God in every small and great thing.
Those who seek worldly gain in search of wealth for them, will realize the full extent of their loss on that day. Those who love their father, mother, wife, children, brothers or sisters more than the Lord, will find their eternal loss on that day!
On that day, it will also be revealed that those who obeyed the commandments of Jesus and were seeking to walk as He walked... are the most intelligent people on Earth! It is evident on that day that the false honours of Christianity are truly rubbish!!
Oh .... let our eyes be opened to see some of the realities that we will go to see on that day! The greatest honour that a man can ever attain is to be tested, recognized by God and to become a bride of Christ!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father! At the end of the time cycle, please be gracious for us to be in the group of "faithful remnants" who live with You, Lord! In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
