🔸️ 'Prayer of the Lord' should change our Lives! 🔸️

The spiritual man, even if he does not receive a gift from God, his love for the One who gives the gifts do not diminished!!

Are we spiritually minded or not? The following answer for the question is the experiment to ascertain this. "When we expect answer for our prayers and God does not answer, are we satisfied even when He does not answer our prayers?"

Why do so many believers today murmur when God does not answer their prayers? Because they only want His gift. They don't have much eager to the One who gives the gifts! Such people are like the prodigal son. When this prodigal son got what he wanted from his father, he went away from his father's place. All he needed was his father's property! When he finished enjoying his father's property, he came back to his father. He came up with the idea of getting something from his father!! (Luke 15 11-24).

Have you noticed that 50% of the Lord's Prayer is about God and His glory? Is it proper for us, after taking the decision to pray according to what Lord Jesus taught, by saying "Lord, I want your name to be glorified first," in a ceremonial way and then give Him a long list of worldly things in the next one hour prayer? So, what we are saying here is not a specific form of prayer! On the contrary, our whole purpose must be changed and our minds must be transformed to match to the importance of God and His glory. The Lord's Prayer should bring this change in us!

Prayer:

Dear Father! Please be gracious on us to seek You and Your glory as the center of our prayer life! In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
