 "His Voice Today"

November 3

🔸️ Successful flow of the Disciple, who beholds and pressing unto the Teacher! 🔸️

The first statement made by Andrew, one of the first two Disciples of Lord Jesus Christ was, "We have seen the Messiah!" (John 1:40, 41). In his daily prayer, A.W. Tozer used to pray, "Let me see your face today and that's enough... Nothing in this World could attract me."

The list of things to hate is not the Discipleship! The one who saw the beauty of his Teacher (Guru)... not which ones, but anything! everything! He will be ready to hate with joy.

"I press on to possess that perfection for which Christ Jesus first possessed me." (Phil.3:12) What is 'that' Paul referred to? As the verse itself states, "Christ Jesus" is the answer!

Look at the scripture that says, when Paul first met Lord Jesus on the road to Damascus, "A light from heaven suddenly shone down around him" (Acts 9:3). Thus, Paul had his full desire in Jesus, who caught him and said "I press on to reach the end of the race and to receive "that Heavenly prize"

(Jesus Christ) (Phil.3:14).

In this World, generally for any running race, there is "starting" place at one direction and the "ending" place on the opposite direction! But, in the flow of a true Christian life, "the beginning and the ending is in Jesus!" Could you find this secret through the Scriptures? In our Christian life, those who do not find the secret of this race, will not receive it, even if they seemed to be running! Paul said this, in verses 1Corin.9:24,25. Because their eyes have not seen the "Lord of Glory" who is the beginning and the end!!

Prayer:

Our heavenly Father!

One who is bound by the glory of the Teacher is the Disciple. Thank you for teaching this and for leading our flow of life victoriously! In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
