🔸️ Companionship of the Lord God at any time! 🔸️

Are you crying because of the doctor's bad news about your well-being? Why don't you cry out to the Lord Jesus? As He endured terrible torments, He could bless you too to endure terrible torments! He will give you the grace and strength to endure every trial, without allowing you to be tempted beyond your control!! All the suffering on this Earth motivates us to look forward to “a better place where there will be no more pain or sorrow”!

There is a 'pallavi'(song) that is quite often sung in our days:

 "The Lord's presence is joy forever

 Tears and worries will be ridden off

 The Lord's presence is joy forever!"

In the continuation of that 'pallavi', it is beautifully said that "the Lord's presence is the peace forever", "the Lord's presence is the strength forever", and "the Lord's presence is the victory forever". What a comforting power lies in singing! That too, the song that being sung in pain and suffering gives us great comfort!!

If every part of your life is fully dedicated to the Lord, when you have physical sufferings, you will feel that pain somewhat easier for you. You may not have been able to bear a single headache in the previous days. But now, even if your life is in danger, you could pray for it and then could be happy in the Lord! He gave us the assurance and promise that "It does not roll over us when we cross the water". The Living Bible translation neatly states these verses:

 "When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. Do not be afraid, for I am with you. (Isaiah 43:2,5).

Prayer:

Our loving Father! Thank you for your everlasting companionship; the joy we have in You is enough to face the hardships of life. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
