🔸️ Don't tired up in failures! 🔸️

We are tested to look back in many aspects. Past failures make us very tired and turning backward! In times of such backwardness, the devil is sure to murmur in our ears, "You are no longer of any use to God!" The message of the Lord in Matthew 21:2,3 "Even a donkey was needed for our Lord" is always a source of encouragement to us!

If our Lord needed a donkey to carry out an important event of the Messiah and to deliver a divine message at another time (Numbers 22:28).... surely each of us has a firm hope!! As per Romans 15:4, "Everything that was written before in the scriptures (even the Balaam donkey show) were written to comfort us."

We may think of ourselves as a stupid ass and have made tens of thousands of mistakes so far... yet, "we are needed for the Lord!" Thus when He choosen us, the Lord will speak through us too!!

While our Bible says with great compassion, "Do not worry about tomorrow" it also warns us very carefully "Don't go back and get tired of the past life!"

Let's forget and put an end to our yesterdays, to look forward today with courage and to live our lives dependent on our Lord for the future!!

If we fail tomorrow, we must be careful not to let that failure plunge us into despair. All we have to do is to go to the Lord, confessing our failures and be 'washed' again by His blood! After that we have to move forward 'again' in our life journey. And if it fails again? We must 'repeat' the same thing to the Lord, as we did earlier!! Yes, however we should not stay stagnant in mental depression.

Prayer:

Our Heavenly Father! No matter how weak we are, You chosen us! Please give us the grace to move forward in the spiritual life, so that the 'mind doesn't perish' in failures! In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
